Do you acknowledge that Jude is a person of infinite value and worth,
created in the very image and likeness of God
and entrusted to you as a gift from his Heavenly Father?

Will you endeavor to love him in the same way the Christ loves you,
and will you teach him to live a life that expresses a sincere love for God and others?

With God’s help,
